Finding your way around our website

The options provided at the left hand side menu are the main sections of the site, aimed at different visitors - Registered Alumni, Donors and General Public. Additionally, each main section, as well as, interesting content have got page links within the main content area for direct access.

Please notice that options to login / logout at YMO site can be found at the top right corner of page, or in the membership box at the main content area. Similarly, options for registration and to know more about YMO are located in the membership box, and are only available before login takes place.

Browser support

We have made every effort to make this site usable for as many different web browsers as possible. Unfortunately, older browsers are not able to take advantage of current technology, and so the site does not look as 'designed' as it does in modern browsers. Particularly, if the java script option is not enabled, the left hand menu, as well as, some features (i.e: Calendar) become unusable.

Although all the information should be accessible. We would encourage all users, if at all possible, to update their browser to the latest version - not only for this site, but to enhance your use of the web in general. Latest versions of commonly used browsers may be downloaded from:

Contrast and Readability

Our website is dynamically composed and displayed using pre-built content areas and features which share common but standard styling (font size, type, color, borders, alignment, etc). Each functional form or feature (i.e. donation form, directory, class note, forum, etc) has been customised so it can be noticed by you when new content is updated or added within it. Please let us know of any improvement in contrast or readability you may find useful for our alumni community.
