AccessibilityThe University of Manchester is committed to making the information and resources that it provides via the web accessible to all users. We aim to be standards compliant and follow general principles of usability and universal design, which should help all visitors to this website. However, this Alumni site is based on an end user content composition tool called Blackbaud Netcommunity, which is at the moment far behind any accessibility level of the W3C's Website Accessibility Initiative (WAI) Guidelines, supported by the University. While this Blackbaud tool reaches an adequate level of compliance, the Development and Alumni Relations division is making its very best effort to provide web designs and resources completely usable by most of our alumni community.
