Get Involved

Support your University and give your time. You only need to give fifteen minutes by subtmitting a career profile or you can offer a new graduate a career break by offering an internship.

Here are some ways you can help:

  • Provide Your Profile:Alumni success stories help to motivate and inspire prospective and current students, and our recent graduates. Help us to help them by sending us your career profile and/or any stories that you think will help alumni and students understand more about your industry.
  • Student Mentoring: From your understanding and experience as a student and since graduation, we invite you to share your knowledge with current students and young alumni. This much needed guidance and encouragement will help them decide on a career path and support them through University.
  • Careers Talk:We welcome you back to campus to speak to current students and wider alumni community about your experience and industry expertise. There are a variety of opportunities within the University; let us know about your interests so that we can get in touch with you the next time we need a Speaker in your field.
  • Internship Opportunity: In today's competitive market, work experience is seen as desirable, and sometimes essential, by many employers. If you are able to offer current students or new graduates an internship or work experience opportunity, please let us know.
  • Open Days: Prospective students really benefit from hearing about the experiences of our alumni, as a student and since graduation, and the advice they have to offer. Volunteer at one of our open days to help prospective students decide on the right course and career path for them.
